This looks so great! I cannot stop thinking about this on freshly baked sourdough. I think if I had more time to bake, I would live off of jams and preserves and bread! Wonderful recipe. However, I have to admit, I have never had pear or apple jam, nor the combination! (But the addition of cranberry sounds super yum!) Now I have to make this for my next batch of bread!

Gosh it’s so tasty! Pear is on the smoother side but apple is a lot sweeter. Both so good!!!! And the cranberries get sticky and gooey.
Oh damn, I love the texture you are describing! And I am so jealous of not having this and fresh bread now!
