Hello Hivers, good day to us all. How was our night, here was cool.
Want to have a change of taste, than normal rice everyday, so I decided to go for ofada rice because I know it will have different change of taste.
Firstly, I rinse my rice and later pour to a flat tray to remove dirt.
After that I pour into a pot to parboil for like 10mins, then I allow to cool.
Then I sieve it and add another water to it, with salt and allow to cook for like another 15mins.
For my pepper sauce.
Put pot on fire, I allow to dry so I pour palm oil to the pot, I decided to use palm oil this time.
Then I slice my onions, add my locust bean and allow to fry.
I add my pepper and seasoning to taste.
So I add my ponmo, meat and crayfish and then allow to fry together, and allow to cook.
So this is the outcome.
