My favorite leftover turkey dish is turkey soup. Turkey broth is tastier than chicken, I think.

I adore turkey broth! After I make a big batch I keep a jar of it in the fridge and enjoy warming it up and just sipping on it all by itself!

Turkey soup sounds amazing right now!
