Amigos en la temporada navideña el dulce de lochosa con piña es uno de los mas buscados, sin embargo este rico postre puede disfrutarse todo el año, asi que no esperes hasta diciembre y prepara ya este rico y tradicional dulce para consentir a todos tus amigos y familiares.

3kl de lechosa o papaya .
1kl de azucar.
20 gramos de bicarbonato.

Para comenzar se lava la piña y se pela con ayuda de un cuchillo luego la picamos en rodajas despues en cuadritos pequeños.

También se lava y se pela la lechosa o papaya , esto puedes hacerlo también con la ayuda de una cuchillo, se limpia la lechosas que no queden semillas, luego la picamos en forma de tiras.

Ponemos a remojar la lechosa con el bicarbonato durante una hora.

Aqui vemos la lechosa y la piña picadas en cuadritos y en forma de tiras .
