Let's make Thai Coconut Soup with Shrimp (Thai Style)...30 minutes max.

Thai Coconut Soup with Shrimp (Tom Kha Koong in Thai) is one of the most popular soups in Thailand and is also found in a good US/Thai restaurant.

The flavors of the coconut milk, some sweetness from the palm sugar, wonderful shrimp and the right Thai herbs and chili and you have a soup bonanza. Of course, as with any recipe, you have the freedom to customize as you like. Some may want to add a few more chili's, maybe some extra fish sauce. Fish Sauce is used more in Thailand, while in the US, they will use more soy sauce.

The key is the coconut sauce with your spices all blended for your taste buds. Our goal here is to share this

Prepare all your ingredients and make ready to add. You will be far ahead by having all prepared in advance (see ingredients below).
