Receta de costillas al BBQ / BBQ ribs recipe
Hello my dear readers and food lovers,👩🍳 👨🍳today I want to share with you a delicious recipe that I learned to make a few years ago because I was struck by how they made BBQ ribs so delicious, soft and with a special flavour, so I decided to do my own research and practice until I got this recipe which has nothing to envy to the ribs sold in restaurants.
Hola mis apreciados lectores y amantes de la gastronomía,👩🍳 hoy les quiero compartir una deliciosa receta que aprendi a hacer hace algunos años ya que me llamaba la atención de como hacían las costillas BBQ tan deliciosas, suaves y con un sabor especial, por lo que decidí hacer mis propias investigaciones y practicar hasta lograr conseguir esta receta la cual no tiene nada que envidiarle a las costillas que venden en los restaurantes.
Los ingredientes que utilice fueron:
Procedure/Procedimiento:
Place the ribs, previously washed with water and vinegar, in a bowl.
En un bowl colocar las costillas previamente lavadas con agua y vinagre.
Season with pepper, sour orange, coke, honey and salt.
Leave to pickle for preferably 8 hours.
Place a large pan on the cooker, add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the sugar.

Sazonar con pimienta, naranja agria, coca cola, miel y sal. Dejar encurtir de preferencia unas 8 horas.En la estufa colocar una olla amplia, colocar 1 cucharada de
aceite y agregar el azúcar.
Using a fork or tongs, drain the ribs a little and add them to the pot.
Con un tenedor o pinza escurrir un poco las costillas y agregarla en la olla.
Seal the surfaces of the ribs and when they are golden brown
add the juice left in the pickling bowl.
Sellar las superficies de las costillas y cuando estén doradas
agregarle la merma o jugo que quedo en el bowl donde estaba encurtiendo.
Add more coca cola until the ribs are covered, cover and cook until the sauce is reduced. If the meat is tough add more coke and a little more sour orange juice, adjust with salt and allow to loosen and reduce as much as possible.
Agregarle mas coca cola hasta cubrir las costillas, tapar y dejar cocinar hasta que se deduzca la salsa. En caso de que la carne este dura agregar mas coca cola y un poco mas de jugo de naranja agría, ajustar con sal y dejar aflojar y que se reduzca al máximo.
You will notice that it is ready when you see it start to fry in its own sauce.
Serve.

You can accompany these ribs with mashed potatoes and fresh boiled corn or rice, french fries.
I invite you to give yourself the opportunity to try this excellent recipe.
Another way to bake it is in the oven, cover it initially with aluminium foil and when it is almost ready, remove the foil and let it brown.
This recipe is ideal for sharing with family and friends.
Puedes acompañar estas Costillas con pure de papa y elotes frescos sancochados o arroz, papas fritas.
Te invito a que te des la oportunidad de pruebes esta excelente receta.
Otra manera de hacerla es al horno, taparla inicialmente con papel de aluminio y cundo este casi lista quitarle el papel de aluminio y dejar dorar.
