Chicken with red pepper-Healthy Recipe,Tips and procedure.
This is chicken with bell bell pepper (paprika) I usually use the red color because I feel that it brings more to this type of meat, I love it because it is an excellent source of vitamin C and helps the immune system and another of its properties is that it regulates cholesterol.
The ingredients we will use are:

Se trata de pollo al chile morrón (pimentón),suelo usar el de color rojo porque siento que le aporta más a este tipo de carne, me encanta ya que es una excelente fuente de vitamina C y favorece al sistema inmunológico otra de sus propiedades es que regula el colesterol.
Los ingredientes que usaremos son:
Para la preparación usar ingredientes frescos, si compras una pechuga con hueso hacerle unos cortes estilo mariposa y sacar la pulpa con cuidado usando un cuchillo bien afilado.
Season the chicken meat with salt and pepper.
Chop in julienne or elongated cuts the onion, the chile morron and in small pieces the parsley.
Add it to the chicken meat also stirring with these seasonings.
Sazonar la carne de pollo con sal y pimienta.
Picar en juliana o cortes alargados la cebolla, el chile morrón y en pequeño el perejil.
Agregarlo a la carne de pollo tambíen revolcándose con estos condimentos.
The chicken together with the seasoning will release its juices during the cooking process providing flavor, it should be left for 20 minutes to cook and loosen the meat, adjust if desired with more salt and at the end of the 20 minutes add this thickener that I share with you and is one of my tips for a better texture of the broth or juice of this preparation.
Prepare a thickener by dissolving half a cup of water at room temperature with half a tablespoon of corn flour.
Mix with a fork and add 3 tablespoons of this mixture to the chicken.
This thickener should be very well dissolved and somewhat liquid.
Preparar un espesante disolviendo media taza de agua a temperatura ambiente con media cucharada de harina de maíz.
Mezclar con tenedor y agregar 3 cucharadas de esta mezcla al pollo.
Este espesante debe quedar disuelto muy bien y algo líquido.
