Nutritious and flavorful chicken soup

I made this delicious chicken soup with some ingredients I had available.

PROCEDURE

Place the chicken in the hot water.

After 15 minutes add the carrots, season with salt and pepper and add the broth.
After 20 minutes add the potatoes and oregano and let cook.
Separately in a container place water, salt, oregano and corn flour.
Knead until it integrates.
Knead until a smooth dough is obtained and it can be easily removed from the mold.
Make small dumplings with the dough.
When all the ingredients of the soup are soft adjust with salt, if you want to add more oregano this is the moment.
Place the dumplings in the broth carefully and cover.
Cook for 7 minutes and turn off to let the steam finish the cooking process.

Realice esta rica sopa de pollo con algunos ingredientes
que tenía disponible para que pronto recobrará sus fuerzas y ánimo.
Para la preparación ocupe los siguientes ingredientes:Tiempo de preparación: 50 min.

1 olla grande
1 cuchillo
1 tabla para picar
1 cuchara grande
1 sartén
1 paleta de madera
1 bol grande
1 plato hondo
1 plato llanoPROCEDIMIENTO
Inicie la preparación colocando una olla con 3 litros de agua en la estufa.
Despresar el pollo y sacarle la piel.
Cortar las zanahorias y papas y cortar en cuadros no tan chicos.
Colocar el pollo en el agua caliente.
Aparte en un sartén con media cucharada de aceite sofreír el ajo y la cebolla picada en cuadritos chicos.
Agregar a los 15 minutos de las zanahorias sazonar con sal y pimienta el caldo. Si tienes cilantro agregar.
Agregar a los 20 minutos las papas y el orégano y dejar cocinar.
Aparte en un envase colocar agua, sal, orégano y harina de maíz.
Amasar hasta integrar .
Se debe amasar hasta obtener una masa suave y que se despegue fácilmente del molde.
Hacer bollitos chicos con la masa
Cuando todos los ingredientes de la sopa están blandos ajustar con sal , si desea agregar mas oregano este es el momento . Colocar los los bollitos en el caldo con cuidado y tapar.
Cocinar por 7 minutos y apagar para que el vapor termine el proceso de cocción.
Este rica sopa llena de sabor es ideal restablecer nutrientes en el organismo, ya que el pollo es fuente en proteína y las verduras utilizadas son ricas en hierro,calcio etc.
