Refreshing Chicha

Hello my dear readers, today has been a very hot day since the morning and I remembered that yesterday I didn't use all the pasta for lunch, so as it was already cooked I just added a little more water and cinnamon powder since I didn't have any. Either of these two options works great.

The ingredients we will use for this recipe are:

The recipe serves 6 people

The cinnamon and vanilla add a very rich flavor to the pasta as it finishes cooking.

In case you have to make the paste, just add water and a few cinnamon sticks and loosen

Once the pasta is cooked, let it cool.

Place it in the base of the blender and add the water where it was cooked.

Blend, add sugar, milk plus cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

If you want, you can add ice to the blender when you blend everything so it will be like a creamy frappe.

I love to put the ice in the glass when placing the liquefied chicha.

Add once served a touch of cinnamon and if you want it sweeter a little milk (condensed milk)
it looks fabulous.

The thickness of the chicha can be adjusted by adding more pasta while blending or more water if you want it less dense.

Hola mis apreciados lectores, hoy ha sido un día muy caluroso desde la mañana y recordé que ayer no use toda la pasta para el almuerzo y que como ya estaba cocida solo le agregue un poco más de agua y de canela en polvo ya que no tenía en raja,cualquiera de esta dos opciones queda muy bién.

Los ingredientes que usaremos para esta receta son:

La canela y la vainilla le aportan un sabor muy rico a la pasta mientras se termina de cocinar.

En caso de que tengas que hacer la pasta solo agregale agua y unas astillas de canela y poner aflojar.
Una vez cocinada la pasta dejarla enfriar.

Colocarla en el vaso de la licuadora y agregarle del agua donde se cocinó.

Licuar,agregar azúcar, leche,canela en polvo y vainilla al gusto.

Si deseas le puedes agregar hielo dentro de la licuadora cuando licues todo así quedará como un frappe cremoso.

A mi me encanta ponerle el hielo en el vaso al momento de colocar la chicha licuada.

Agregar una vez servida un toque de canela y si lo quieres mas dulce un poco de lechera (leche condensada)
queda fabulosa.

El espesor de la chicha se lo puedes ajustar agregando mas pasta mientras licuas o más agua si lo deseas menos denso.

Con un popote de metal puedes mezclar y disfrutar cada sorbo de esta deliciosa y refrescante bebida.
