Saludos a todos los amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, el día de hoy les traigo un delicioso y saludable batido de manzana verde, piña, hierbabuena y limón. Ideal para depurar al cuerpo de toxinas. Es muy fácil y sencillo de preparar, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso de su elaboración.
Greetings to all the Foodies Bee Hive friends, today I bring you a delicious and healthy green apple, pineapple, peppermint and lemon smoothie. Ideal for purifying the body of toxins. It is very easy and simple to prepare, below I show you the step by step of its preparation.
1 manzana verde
1/2 taza de piña
6 hojas de hierbabuena
El jugo de un limón
1/2 taza de agua
Hielo
Ingredients:
1 green apple
1/2 cup of pineapple
6 mint leaves
One lemon's juice
1/2 cup of water
Ice
Preparation:
Agregamos en la licuadora la piña, la manzana, el jugo de limón y el agua. Licuamos muy bien. Seguidamente agregamos las hojas de hierbabuena, licuamos hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren bien.
Add the pineapple, apple, lemon juice and water to the blender. We blend very well. Next we add the mint leaves, blend until all the ingredients are well integrated.
Luego servir en un vaso suficiente hielo y agregar poco a poco el batido. Adornar con pitillo y hojas de hierbabuena.
Then serve enough ice in a glass and add the shake little by little. Garnish with a straw and mint leaves.
Ya el batido listo, consumir bien frío.
Now the shake is ready, consume very cold.
