Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es un placer para mi estar de nuevo con ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo unas deliciosas chuletas de cerdo al romero; ésta sabrosa comida la hice para el almuerzo, en esta oportunidad hice este platillo con chuleta fresca pero también puedes realizarlo con chuletas ahumadas. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Greetings my dear friends from Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with you again. Today I bring you some delicious pork chops with rosemary; Last tasty meal I made for lunch, this time I made this dish with fresh pork but you can also make it with smoked pork. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.

Ingredientes:

Chuletas de cerdo frescas
Romero
Oregano
Mantequilla
Ajo
Pimienta
Aceite
Agua

Ingredients:

fresh pork chops
Rosemary
Oregano
Butter
Garlic
Pepper
oil
Water

Lavamos muy bien nuestras chuletas, seguidamente le hacemos unos pequeños cortes superficiales para que agarre mejor la sazón.

We wash our chops very well, then we make some small superficial cuts so that it better grips the seasoning.

Luego colocamos una sartén al fuego, una vez caliente agregamos el aceite; seguidamente incorporamos las chuletas. Sellamos por ambos lados.

Then we place a frying pan on the fire, once hot we add the oil; then we incorporate the chops. We seal on both sides.

Después añadimos el ajo, la sal, pimienta, romero, oregano, y mantequilla. Removemos para que todos los ingredientes se incorporen. Sofreimos por unos pocos minutos.

Then add the garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, and butter. Stir so that all the ingredients are incorporated. We fry for a few minutes.

Luego le agregamos el agua y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio hasta que se evapore el agua. Después bajamos el fuego y dejamos dorar por los dos lados.

Then we add the water and let it cook over medium heat until the water evaporates. Then lower the heat and brown on both sides.

Una vez listas retiramos del fuego.

Servimos aun caliente con un poco de romero por encima, acompañamos con arroz blanco. Y a disfrutar de estas deliciosas chuletas de cerdo al romero.

We serve still hot with a little rosemary on top, accompanied with white rice. And enjoy these delicious rosemary pork chops.
