Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es para mi un placer estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Arroz con Camarones; este sabroso arroz tenia mucho tiempo con ganas de comerlo, hasta hoy que se me dio la oportunidad. Lo hice en casa para mi comida de la tarde. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.
Greetings my dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, it is my pleasure to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Rice with shrimp; I had wanted to eat this tasty rice for a long time, until today when I was given the opportunity. I made it at home for my afternoon meal. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.
• 2 tazas de arroz integral cocido
• 170 gramos de camarones
• 70 gramos de cebolla blanca
• 55 gramos de pimentón
• 85 gramos de zanahoria
• 4 cucharadas de aceite
• 1/2 cucharadita de sal
• 4 cucharadas de salsa de soya
Ingredients:
• 2 cups of brown cooked rice
• 170 grams of shrimp
• 70 grams of white onion
• 55 grams of paprika
• 85 grams of carrot
• 4 tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
Step by step:
Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación cortando en juliana la cebolla, pimentón y la zanahoria.
We are going to start our preparation by julienne cutting the onion, paprika and carrot.
Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, agregamos el aceite y al estar caliente incorporamos la cebolla, el pimentón y la zanahoria, además de añadir la sal. Removemos y dejamos sofreir.
Next we put a frying pan on the fire, add the oil and when it is hot, add the onion, paprika and carrot, as well as add the salt. Remove and let fry.
Una vez listo el sofrito agregamos los camarones, integramos y dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo. Luego añadimos el arroz integral en la sartén para después incorporar la salsa de soya.
Once the sauce is ready, add the shrimp, integrate and let cook over low heat. Then we add the brown rice in the pan to later incorporate the soy sauce.
Integramos todos los ingredientes; y ya esta listo nuestro Arroz con Camarones. Con estas cantidades nos rinde para tres porciones. Esta es una manera de hacer una comida rápida y muy sabrosa, ideal para cuando nos ha sobrado arroz o cuando estamos apurados y deseamos comer el almuerzo en casa.
We integrate all the ingredients; and our Rice with Shrimp is ready. With these quantities, it yields three servings. This is a way to make a quick and very tasty meal, ideal for when we have leftover rice or when we are in a hurry and want to eat lunch at home.
