¡Hola queridos amigos de la colmena! Hacer rollos vietnamitas nunca fue tan fácil y no es un rollo jajaja. Es un rollo o envuelto hecho con papel de arroz que se suele rellenar con verduras, mariscos y/o carnes, esto es lo mejor, puedes rellenarlo con lo que tu quieras, normalmente se come frío y también caliente. Algunos de estos rollitos vietnamitas también se conocen como rollitos de primavera, rollitos de verano y rollitos de otoño, existen muchos tipos de rollitos vietnamita, acá de tejo el paso a paso de como me gusta prepararlos y rellenarlos a mi.

Hello dear hive friends! Making Vietnamese rolls has never been so easy and it's not a roll lol. It is a roll or wrap made with rice paper that is usually filled with vegetables, seafood and/or meat, this is the best, you can fill it with whatever you want, normally eaten cold and also hot. Some of these Vietnamese rolls are also known as spring rolls, summer rolls and fall rolls, there are many types of Vietnamese rolls, here I knit the step by step of how I like to prepare and fill them.

Ingredientes:

  • Papel de arroz, yo use 9 hojas de papel de arroz
  • Cangrejo (Cantidad a gusto)
  • 2 Zanahorias
  • 1 Aguacate
  • 2 Ramitas de cebollin (cenolla larga, cebollino, como lo conozcan en tu país)
  • Ajonjoli negro y blanco para decorar
  • Mayonesa (opcional)

Ingredients:

  • Rice paper, I used 9 sheets of rice paper
  • Crab (Amount to taste)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Sprigs of chives (long cebollino, chives, as they know it in your country)
  • Black and white sesame seeds to decorate
  • mayonnaise (optional)

Step by Step / Paso a Paso

Iniciamos cortando todo, la zanahoria, el cebollin, el aguagate en tiras y el cangreso en tiras.

We start by cutting everything, the carrot, the chives, the avocado into strips and the crab into strips.

Seguidamente mezclamos la mayonesa con el cangrejo, como dije, es opcional, si quieres algo mas saludable, no le pongas mayonesa. En un envase ponemos agua y sumergimos las hojas de pape de arroz 1 a la vez.

Next we mix the mayonnaise with the crab, as I said, it is optional, if you want something healthier, do not put mayonnaise on it. In a container we put water and submerge the sheets of rice pape 1 at a time.

Pasamos la hoja de papel remojada a la tabla y comenzamos a armar, colocamos el cangrejo, luego una tira de aguacate y un poco de cebollín

We pass the soaked sheet of paper to the board and begin to assemble, place the crab, then a strip of avocado and a little chives

Continuamos con la zanahoria y procedemos a dar forma, enrollamos de la manera que se nos haga más cómodo hasta formar un tubito y doblamos las esquinas hacia adentro, así le daremos la forma de rollito, eso es todo amigos de la colmena! Emplatamos y decoramos con las semillas de ajonjolí, podemos comerlos con una salsa de soya, limón o salsa anguila.

We continue with the carrot and proceed to shape, roll up in the way that makes us more comfortable until we form a tube and fold the corners inwards, so we will give it the shape of a roll, that's all friends of the hive! We plate and decorate with sesame seeds, we can eat them with a soy sauce, lemon or eel sauce.
