Yum yum!@zarf I absolutely LOVE tomato pie. I can't wait until it's tomato season here again. I haven't ever put dijon mustard in one before, and I do love dijon, so that will definitely be something to try this year. Since we try to grow a variety of tomatoes, ours usually also have multiple colors in the tomatoes and I think it makes them that much prettier!
