Dry Noodles experience at Liang Xing Handmade Ramen

My craving for hand-pulled noodles just doesn’t seem to end! I'm so obsessed with them that I constantly daydream about their comfort and satisfaction, which I never get from standard commercial noodle dishes. This is exactly why I'll never eat instant ramen again. It's become clear that handmade or hand-pulled noodles are far superior to their factory-made counterparts. Thankfully, there are plenty of food stalls offering this delightful cuisine.

For tonight’s dinner, I headed over to Liang Xing Handmade Ramen!

It's one of my go-to spots whenever I crave something delicious, satisfying, and affordable.

I ordered what they call "dry noodles" on the menu, but don't let the name fool you, it’s packed with sauce!

This dish is a complete and balanced meal. It has a generous portion of silky, hand-pulled noodles rich in carbohydrates, fried dumplings filled with minced meat and spring onions, and two fish balls with minced meat inside. Not to forget, there’s a good amount of vegetables rich in vitamins and fiber.

What I love about this dish is the variety of textures it offers. From the smooth, silky hand-pulled noodles to the crunchy fried dumplings, the bouncy fish balls, and the savory minced meat, every element makes this dish a pleasurable food adventure.

I savored every slurp, every bite, and every chew of the springy noodles. All the flavors from each component melded perfectly with the noodles, making this dish a fun and satisfying experience. I can’t wait to return to Liang Xing Handmade Ramen and order these incredible noodles once more!
