Hola amigos, si no saben que preparar para un rico almuerzo o cena y quieren algo rápido y fácil, esta receta les va a gustar.

Para está vamos a necesitar:

2 Papas

4 Zanahorias

Mayonesa al gusto

1 Lata grande de atún

Sal al gusto

Primero lavamos bien las papas y las zanahorias, luego proseguimos a cortarlas en pequeños cuadros.

Y colocamos a hervir al vapor, primero colocamos los cuadritos de zanahoria unos 5min antes, luego echamos los cuadritos de papa y tapamos para que se concentre el vapor.

Luego lo colocamos en un envase y le ponemos el atún, la sal y la mayonesa al gusto.

y listo! tendrán una rica ensalada de atún super rápida y fácil de preparar 😀 yo la acompañe con pan.
