How are you today? I hope we are all healthy always.
Today my wife @moeryanti and I will make a simple, delicious and nutritious dish for our family. The name of this dish is Boiled Oriental hard clam. Maybe you don't know guys, my house is very close to the sea and the beach, so seafood in my city is so abundant.
So let's get straight to cooking!
How to cook
First wash and rinse the clams until the shells are clean, then prepare the spices such as:
-Garlic 4 cloves
-Union 15 cloves
-Chili 10
-Tomato 1
-Ginger 5 cm
-Salt and sugar to taste





For those who don't know the original form of raw mussel meat is like this:




Okay guys we are back again to cook.
The next step is, slice all the spices. Then prepare a frying pan to boil water, wait until the water boils then add the clams and spices that have been cut into pieces.




And after that we wait 15-20 minutes until cooked. Cooking clams doesn't have to take a long time. Because if it is cooked too long, the scallops will become tough and difficult to chew.
After cooked, these Oeriental hard calm are ready to be served and of course we eat.

Apa kabarnya hari ini? Semoga kita semua sehat selalu.
Hari ini saya dan istri saya @moeryanti akan membuat masakan sederhana, enak dan bergizi untuk keluarga kami. Nama masakan ini adalah Kerang Tahu Rebus. Mungkin kalian tidak tahu guys, rumah saya sangat dekat dengan laut dan pantai, jadi makanan laut di kota saya sangat melimpah.
Jadi mari kita langsung memasak!
Cara memasak
Pertama cuci bersih kerang sampai cangkangnya bersih, kemudian siapkan bumbu-bumbu seperti :
-Bawang putih 4 siung
-Union 15 siung
-cabai 10
-Tomat 1
-jahe 5cm
-garam dan gula sesuai selera





Untuk yang belum tau bentuk asli daging kerang mentah adalah seperti ini:




Oke guys kita kembali lagi untuk memasak.
Langkah selanjutnya adalah, iris tipis tipis semua bumbu. Lalu siapkan wajan untuk merebus air, tunggu hingga air mendidih kemudian masukan kerang beserta bumbu bumbu yang sudah di potong potong.




Dan setelah itu kita tunggu 15 - 20 menit sampai matang. Memasak kerang tidak perlu memerlukan waktu yang lama. Karena jika terlalu lama dimasak, kerang tersebut akan menjadi alot dan susah untuk di kunyah.
Setelah matang maka Kerang Tahu ini pun siap untuk dihidangkan dan tentu saja kita santap.
