Toast with balsamic mushrooms & onions, avocado with lemon, & fried eggs

Cooking sliced mushrooms in a little bit of olive oil for a few minutes before adding a splash of balsamic vinegar has been my favorite food lately. I'm eating them on toast, in wraps, as a side, in salads. I can't decide if I'm craving them simply because they're delicious or if it's because of a study Dr. Rhonda Patrick recently shared:

"Seniors who consumed ~150g of a variety of cooked mushrooms weekly performed better on neuropsychological tests and had a 50% reduced risk of cognitive decline. "
