Hoy quiero compartirles lo que fue mi desayuno de hoy , particularmente tenia muchas ganas de cocinar así que me tome mi tiempo para hacer las cosas esta mañana, tenia algunos trozos de pechuga de pollo y como quería darles un sabor un poquito diferente hice pollo empanizado con un giro , que ya les iré contando.

Así que empecé picando al tamaño adecuado las pechugas de pollo , para en empanizado use mi mezcla especial de especias ajo, cebolla y perejil en polvo y un poquito de harina de maíz precocida (harina pan) luego pase huevo y nuevamente por la mezcla de harina de maíz y especias. El giro especial que le doy es que yo cocino el pollo en el horno , procuro evitar las frituras y realmente me encanta su sabor de esta manera.
So I started by chopping the chicken breasts to the right size, for the breading I used my special spice mix of garlic, onion and parsley powder and a little bit of pre-cooked corn flour (bread flour), then egg and again the corn flour and spice mix. The special twist I give it is that I cook the chicken in the oven, I try to avoid frying and I really love the flavor this way.

Mientras el pollo se iba cocinando en el horno me dispuse a preparar mis arepas de pimentón simplemente ralle un buen trozo y lo agregue a la mezcla de harina de maíz, aunque también puede licuarse. Me dispuse a darle forma a la arepa y espere que se dorara por ambos lados en el sarten.

Ya una vez culminada la arepa y el pollo empanizado me dispuse a agregar algunos tomates un toque de sal y uno de mis salsas favoritas la mostaza.
