Saludos querida comunidad espero que tenga un excelente miércoles, nuevamente vengo por este espacio para presentarles una deliciosa receta fácil de preparar se trata de unas panquecas cortadas en cuadro rellenas con mermelada de parchita, muy rico es este postre una combinación diferente sin mas que agregar empecemos a cocinar.

Greetings dear community I hope you have an excellent Wednesday, again I come to this space to present a delicious recipe easy to prepare it is a pancake cut into squares filled with parchita jam, very rich is this dessert a different combination without more to add let's start cooking.

Ingredientes/Ingredients

harina de trigo. jugo de parchita. azúcar. aceite. maicena. nuez moscada.

wheat flour. parchita juice. sugar. oil. cornstarch. nutmeg.

Preparación/Preparation

Paso1/Step1

---

Tome el jugo de parchita y le agregue un poquito de maicena, y comencé a batir hasta que espesara.

I took the parchita juice and added a little bit of cornstarch, and began to whisk until it thickened.

Paso2/Step2

. agregue 2 tazas de harina de trigo en un bowl, 2 cucharadas de azúcar, y le agregue nuez moscada al gusto.

. add 2 cups of wheat flour in a bowl, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and add nutmeg to taste.

Paso3/Step3

.Luego agregue aceite un poquito, después fui agregando agua poco a poco hasta que me quedara una mezcla homogénea.

.Después en un sartén agregue mezcla de harina y prepare 2 panquecas y las recorte en forma de cuadro, rellene con mermelada de parchita y cubrí por fuera luego reserve.
