Saludito hive community, again I come to this space with another rich and easy recipe to prepare, this is a cake of pumalaca, this is a very tasty fruit at this time there is season of this fruit today I was given 1 kilo, where I happened to prepare a rich cake first time I practice this recipe, but the good thing that had a desired end I was very fluffy and pure flavor of the fruit is very fresh and natural recipe without more to say let's start.

Ingredientes/Ingredients

Preparación/Preparation.
First step in a bowl add the 4 tablespoons of butter, then add the 6 tablespoons of sugar and beat very well until I had a creamy texture, then I added the 2 eggs.

Second step, add vanilla to taste then the 2 cups of wheat flour.

Third step, I gave enveloping movements to incorporate the ingredients, then I added the pumalaca concentrate and continued beating, then I added the mixture in a pan with butter and wheat flour.

Then I put it in the oven for about 40 minutes at low temperature, then a delicious cake perfect with a coffee or any drink.

La pumalaca o pomalaca, siempre es una delicia. Me sorprende esta receta, pues sí la había visto hecha en dulce y batidos, pero no en tortas. Haces buen uso de este recurso, pues a veces las matas dan buenas cargas. Buen paso a paso. Saludos.
