| 1- Para las arepas, en un bolw coloco harina, sal y luego agua y amaso hasta tener una consistencia moldeable. Hago unas bolitas y luego le doy forma de arepa, en una sartén con aceite y bien caliente, agrego la arepa a freir hasta dorar por ambos lados, una vez lista la dejo escurrir el aceite con servilletas. | 1- For the arepas, in a bowl I place flour, salt and then water and knead until I have a moldable consistency.
