Espero estén muy bien, yo super gracias a dios, hoy quise traerles una receta que me encanta y justo la prepararé para llevar de almuerzo el día de mañana que tengo Guardia, como ya saben estoy haciendo mi Art.8 (que no es más que un requisito es mi país que debo cuplir al ya estar graduada de médico, para poder realizar postgrado) una vez a la semana tengo guardia de 24 horas, y siempre llevo mi almuerzo y me pareció que esta receta es super práctica, fácil y deliciosa. A mi en particular me encanta y a mi familia tambien disfruto mucho hacerla. Se trata de un pastel de carne, y sin más preámbulos les cuento cuales son los ingredientes

I particularly love it and my family also really enjoy doing it. It is a meatloaf, and without further ado I will tell you what the ingredients are

Tarta de Carne Deliciosa
13 ingredientes (más especias que tengas en casa)

Ingredientes para preparar la masa
250 gr. de harina de trigo
200 gr. de mantequilla
1 cdita. de sal
55 ml. de agua

Para la carme
500 gr. De carne molida
150 gr. De tomate picado en cuadros
100 gr. De pimentón rojo picado en cuadros
50 gr. De ají picado en cuadrados
150 gr. De cebolla picada en cuadros
1 diente de ajo picado
1 cdita. De sal

Especias al gusto
1 cdita. De orégano
1 cdita. De comino
1 cdita. De pimienta
1 cdita. De paprika

Otros
200 gr. de queso crema
150 gr. De queso mozzarella.

Delicious Meat Pie

Ingredients to prepare the dough
250 gr. wheat flour
200 gr. of butter
1 tsp. of salt
55 ml. of water
For the meat
500 gr. of ground meat
150 gr. Tomato chopped in squares
100 gr. Red paprika chopped into squares
50 gr. of chili pepper chopped into squares
150 gr. diced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. Of salt
Spices to taste
1 tsp. of oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. of pepper
1 tsp. By paprika
Others
200 gr. cream cheese
150 gr. Of mozzarella cheese.

Preparation of the dough

  1. Add 250g of flour to a bowl.
  2. Then we added the 200 gr of butter and the teaspoon of salt and started to mix.
  3. Careful not to overdo it, we add the water.
    And let it rest while we prepare the meat.

Meat preparation

  1. We add the aforementioned spices or the ones you have at home and you like to the meat.
  2. We shredded the garlic and added it.
  3. We take it to the kitchen over low heat and add 1 teaspoon of salt so that the meat begins to taste.
  4. Then we chop all the vegetables into squares.
  5. We fry in butter
  6. After they are cooked we add them to the meat and cook until we see that it is dry.

Subsequently, the dough that we let rest, we divide it in two and spread it with a rolling pin, until we see that it covers the bottom of the paire that we will use, we pour the meat and then we add the cream cheese on top of it we add the previously grated mozzarella cheese, and with the other half of the dough we make the cover in the same way we extend it with the rolling pin and cover our cake.

We take it to the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. And ready we have a delicious meatloaf that can be accompanied with whatever you prefer, Caesar salad, garlic toast, or whatever you prefer!
