Hola Hiver’s como han estado?, llevo un tiempo perdido pero es por ciertas cosas que estaré hablando en otra ocasión. En este momento les vengo a comentar de mi experiencia y como realicé esta receta de una sencilla pero rica pizza casera, aunque la receta que conseguí solo era para realizar la masa les traigo todo lo que hice. Bueno, sin nada más que decir empecemos como siempre con los ingredientes de esta receta.

Ingredients

Para la masa:
- 500grs. de Harina de trigo (en mi caso que de la panadera).
- 300ml. De agua.
- 7grs. De levadura seca.
- 1 pizca de sal.
- 1cdta. de especias (opcional).
Para el “Relleno”:
- 200grs. De queso blanco.
- 500grs. De salsa de tomare.
- 1 pizca de orégano (opcional).
For the mass:
- 500grs. Wheat flour (in my case from the bakery).
- 300ml. Of water.
- 7grs. From dry yeast.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1cdta. spices (optional).
For the filling":
- 200grs. Of white cheese.
- 500grs. Tomato sauce.
- 1 pinch of oregano (optional).
Preparation of the Dough

Comenzamos tomando un bol amplio y tamizamos dentro la harina. Hacemos un hueco dentro, dándole forma de volcán (pueden hacerlo presionando una taza o plato pequeño) y añadimos con cuidado el agua, el aceite, las hierbas y la levadura.

Tapamos los líquidos con una parte de la harina que tenemos alrededor, añadimos el pellizco de sal y dejamos reposar unos cinco minutos aproximadamente.

Note: this is done so that the yeast begins to activate.
Con las manos bien limpias nos ponemos a amasar hasta que la masa de pizza hasta que quede suave, se vaya despegando y vaya adquiriendo una textura elástica.
With well-cleaned hands, we begin to knead until the pizza dough is smooth, peels off and acquires an elastic texture.

Note: do not worry if at first it sticks to your hands, as it is kneading it will peel off and if it is more comfortable for you to knead, use the table, but it has to be clean and a little floured.

Cuando tenga una consistencia adecuada, hacemos una bola con ella, y la pintamos con unas gotitas de aceite. En el bol anteriormente usado, la colocamos y la hacemos rodar para que quede bien impregnada del aceite por todos lados. Cubrimos el bol con un paño limpio, por unos 45~50 minutos para que la levadura haga su trabajo.

Cuando la masa haya crecido hasta alcanzar el doble de su volumen inicial enharinamos levemente la mesa, la volcamos encima y des gasificamos, es decir, golpeamos suavemente con las manos para que pierda el aire. Amasamos uno o dos minutos y ya podemos estirar la masa con el rodillo y preparar nuestra pizza favorita.
When the dough has grown to double its initial volume, lightly flour the table, turn it over and degas, that is, tap gently with our hands so that it loses air. We knead for a minute or two and we can now roll out the dough and prepare our favorite pizza.

Pizza making
Retomando los pasos anteriores, en mi caso estire la masa y la corte para que calzara en las bandejas que tengo. Además, las corte un poquito más grandes que las bandejas para que los bordes sobresalieran y el “relleno” al cocinarse no se saliera de la bandeja.
Returning to the previous steps, in my case I stretched the dough and cut it to fit the trays that I have. Also, I cut them a little bit larger than the trays so that the edges would stick out and the "filling" when cooked did not come off the tray.

Rocié la salsa de tomate encima de las masas ya colocadas en sus respectivas bandejas y coloque el queso previamente rallado encima y por ultimo les coloque una ligera lluvia de orégano a todas, ya que me encanta su sabor en la pizza.

Llego el momento de hornear, coloque mi hornito en lo máximo de temperatura (tostado) y espere a que se calentara lo suficiente. Luego coloque las bandejas una por una, ya que en mi horno caben solo una a la vez durante 10~15 minutos aproximadamente.

Note: this varies depending on the oven and the size and pizza that is being prepared, so you should be aware of how it goes.
