Hola Chicos, ¡Felices Fiestas!, espero estén disfrutando de estas fechas decembrinas con su familia, el día de hoy les mostrare como elaborar unas deliciosas panquecas de cambur para los más pequeños de la casa súper sencillas y esponjosas.
A mi me gusta inventar un poco en la cocina así que encontré esos dos cambures y ¡me puse manos a la obra!
Hi guys, Happy Holidays, I hope you are enjoying this holiday season with your family, today I will show you how to make some delicious pancakes of cambur for the little ones in the house, super simple and fluffy.
I like to invent a little in the kitchen, so I found those two camburs and I got to work!
Utilice los siguientes ingredientes
- 2 cambures maduros
- 1 taza de avena en hojuelas
- 2 taza de harina de trigo
- 1 cdta de vainilla
- 1 huevo
- 1 taza de leche
- 80 gr de azúcar
- 1 cdta de polvo para hornear
Use the following ingredients
2 ripe camburs
1 cup oat flakes
2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk
80 gr sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Preparación
En un bol triture los cambures con un tenedor hasta obtener una pasta
Preparation
In a bowl, mash the camburs with a fork until a paste is obtained.
Posteriormente le agrege la avena y mezcle muy bien
Then add the oatmeal and mix very well.
A la mezcla le agregue un huevo y la azúcar
To the mixture add one egg and the sugar
Le coloque la cucharada de mantequilla y la leche
Add the tablespoon of butter and the milk.
Y por último la harina con una cucharadita de polvo para hornear
And finally the flour with a teaspoon of baking powder.
Mezcle todo hasta que quedo una mezcla homogénea y lista ¡A cocinar!
Mix everything until it is homogeneous and ready to cook!
Me salieron aprox 10 porciones de esta mezcla

Siempre hago estas panquecas para desayunar son muy ricas y nutritivas, aunque no agrego azúcar el cambur le da un dulzor natural.
