Noodles is one of the most common food found in most countries. Apart from rice and probably beans, Noodles is widely consumed in most countries and Nigeria isn't an exception. One of the things I love about this food is because it gives you the opportunity to diversify in your cooking. There is no one rule to follow while making it. You can just develop a way of cooking yours your own way. For me, I love the fried version and I'm sure to put whatever I found useful in the kitchen to garnish it.
The most important thing to be present in my noodles is vegetables. I love me some veggie Noodles. As you can see I the picture below, I have some spring onions, normal onions, green pepper, red pepper, carrot, and cabbage.
As you can see here, I added some smoked fish too which will give the Noodles some extra flavors.
Preparation.
It's preparation is quite simple and fast. The first thing is to cut out all the veggies you'd be using as seen the pictures above and I also separate the ingredients that came inside tha pack which I dissolve in a little warm water to be used later.
Next I boil the Noodles for like a minute and I sieve out the water.
Here I put vegetable oil in the pot, allow it to heat up and I started frying the veggies. Once it's fried, I put inside the smoked fish (that's made soft with warm water) and the diced ponmo.
Finally I poured the dissolved ingredients and the served noodles. The remaining step is to stir thoroughly for like a minute and the food is ready.
