Es lindo poder homenajear a las personas que amamos, y poder sorprenderlos con detalles que les agraden y que se conviertan en hermosos recuerdos para sus vidas. Al menos a mí, me encanta recibir esos detalles de parte de las personas que me estiman, aunque no me digan con sus palabras lo que sienten por mí, me basta con sus gestos de cariño.
Así que hoy les comparto ésta mini torta de chocolate con cobertura de merengue italiano, estilo Oreo que preparé hace unas semanas atrás para mi hija Astrid, la cual estaba de cumpleaños.
Ella ama el chocolate 🍫 y también las galletas, son dos de sus postres favoritos, y por eso quise complacerla y prepararle ésta torta combinando ambos.
A mí me gusta mucho cocinar, pero la repostería es de las cosas que más amo hacer, desde hace mucho tiempo me he dedicado a aprender éste arte maravilloso que te permite comer dos veces: con los ojos primero, y luego con la boca.. 😋

It is nice to be able to honor the people we love, and to be able to surprise them with details that they like and that become beautiful memories for their lives. At least for me, I love receiving those details from the people who love me, even if they don't tell me in their words what they feel about me, their gestures of affection are enough for me.
So today I'm sharing with you this mini chocolate cake with Italian meringue topping, Oreo style that I prepared a few weeks ago for my daughter Astrid, who was celebrating her birthday.
She loves chocolate 🍫 and also cookies 🍪, they are one of her favorite desserts, and that's why I wanted to please her and prepare this cake combining both.
I really like to cook, but baking is one of the things I love doing the most. For a long time I have dedicated myself to learning this wonderful art that allows you to eat twice: with your eyes first, and then with your mouth. 😋
