Meatloaf (burger) on my way 😁

Hello to everyone in hive.
After a long time I prepare this meal and I want to share it with you..
You gonna need :
1 small onion
1 big carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
Salt (1 tea spoon)
Pepper
Red paprika powder (1 tea spoon)
Put it in a blender and mix it

Cook 8 eggs like you normally do for hard boild eggs.
(I'm cooking 8min in salted water)
Cool them in cold water to peel them easily

You need 500g of minced meat (pork and beef)

Put it in a bowl and add mixed vegetables.

I took a soft middle part of 4 buns and added them in meat. And save a bun shell for a later.

Mix all together

Then divide it on 2 parts

Take a baking tray put a baking paper and place 1 part of meat on it

spread evenly on the baking sheet

Lay eggs on meat (whole eggs)

Or cut it on half like I did ( for me this version is better)

Take 2nd part of meat spread evenly and put it over eggs

Over meat put a thin slices of butter

Bake in oven on 180°C for half hour add some mushrooms aside in melted butter

Bake 5 -10 minutes turn over a mushrooms and bake for 5- 10 minutes more

It's should be a nice golden brown on top.
Cut it in peaces

Take bun shell and spread some butter from baking tray on it. Insert a peace of meatloaf in it add some mushrooms on it.

If you like you may put some cucumber,lettuce,fresh paprika or tomato inside and meatloaf burger is here 😁

This is like its look when you cut it in half..

I used for burgers only half of meatloaf and tomorrow it's gonna be used other half with some dill sauce and fresh baked bread 😁
