Chicken curry // Pollo al curry

Hello friends my greeting, today I have prepared a recipe for "Chicken curry".

Hola amigos mi saludo, hoy he preparado una receta de "Pollo al curry".

Curry is a seasoning of a mixture of spices based on turmeric root, it is used to give flavor and color to foods.

El curry es un condimento de una mezcla de especias a base de raíz de cúrcuma, se utiliza para dar sabor y color a las comidas.

Ingredientes	Ingredients
4 piezas de pollo	4 pieces of chicken
1/2 cuacharada de curry	1/2 tablespoon of curry
1/2 Cebolla	1/2 onion
Cebollín	Chives
Perejil	Parsley
Ajo	Garlic
Sal y pimienta al gusto	Salt and pepper to taste

Preparación	Preparation
1. Lavar y picar los aliños ( cebolla, ajo, cebollín), sofreír en aceite y agregar el pollo, condimentar con sal y pimienta.	1. Wash and chop the dressings (onion, garlic, chives), fry in oil and add the chicken, season with salt and pepper

2. Agregar el curry al pollo y dejar cocinar a fuego lento por 20 minutos.	2. Add the curry to the chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Agrega suficiente agua para cubrir el pollo, revisa que esté bien de sal y tapa, deja cocinar por una hora.	3. Add enough water to cover the chicken, check that it is well salted and cover, let it cook for an hour

4. Después de los 30 minutos agrega el perejil, deja cocinar por 5 minutos más.	4. After 30 minutes add the parsley, cook for 5 more minutes.
