Raya guisada con arroz y plátano frito

Buenas tardes amigos hive, hoy les traigo un rico almuerzo, Raya guisada con arroz y plátano frito, El pueblo donde vivo, esta muy cerca de las costas, ríos y manglares de venezolanas y es muy fácil encontrar este tipo de animales ya que por estos lares aparte de la siembra, también se vive de la caza y de la pesca, es por eso que es muy común este tipo de plato gastronómico, podemos consumirla como desayuno, almuerzo ó cena y de varias manera, como lo es en empanadas, arepa rellena y como a continuación les voy a mostrar.

Good afternoon friends hive, today I bring you a delicious lunch, Raya stewed with rice and fried plantain, The town where I live, is very close to the coasts, rivers and mangroves of Venezuela and it is very easy to find this type of animal because in these parts apart from planting, That is why this type of gastronomic dish is very common, we can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner and in various ways, such as in empanadas, stuffed arepa and as I am going to show you below.

Primer paso
colocamos la raya en un recipiente con agua hasta que lo cubra, para llevarlo al fuego hasta que este blando y luego lo colocamos en un colador para que escurra y se enfríe.

First step.
place the skate in a bowl with water until it is covered, to take it to the fire until it is soft and then place it in a colander to drain and cool.

Segundo paso
cuando ya se halla enfriado, lo deshuesamos, le quitamos toda la piel y desmenuzamos, te va a quedar algo así.

Second step.
when it has cooled, we debone it, remove all the skin and shred it, it will look something like this.

Tercer paso
Ya desmenuzada la raya, vamos a cortar los aliños, en mi caso los licuo porque a mis hijos no les gusta el aliño en las comidas y esta es una de los modos que uso para que no los vean y se puedan comer todo sin notarlos, después de licuarlos, lo vierto en una paila y lo llevo al fuego, le coloco cubito, color y sal al gusto.

Third step.
Once the skate is shredded, we are going to cut the seasonings, in my case I blend them because my children do not like the seasoning in the meals and this is one of the ways I use so that they do not see them and can eat everything without noticing them, after blending them, I pour it in a pan and I take it to the fire, I add ice cubes, color and salt to taste.

Cuarto paso
Dejo hervir todo por 10min, luego vierto la raya lo mezclo hasta cubrir todo y lo dejo al fuego por 10min más y así me va a quedar.

Fourth step.
I let everything boil for 10 minutes, then I pour the stripe and mix it until everything is covered and I leave it on the fire for 10 minutes more and that's how it will be.

Quinto paso
servimos la raya con arroz y plátano frito y buen provecho.
