Un cordial saludo amigos de hive, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta muy fácil de realizar y muy sabrosa al paladar, se trata de un rico pescado (JUREL) al horno con vegetales.

PASO A PASO

Comenzamos nuestro almuerzo limpiando nuestras hortalizas y pescado, seguidamente picamos o trozamos nuestro pescado y lo metemos en una sartén de hierro fundido previamente calentado para sellar nuestro pescado y las hortalizas las picaremos y llevaremos a una bandeja previamente engrasada para hacer una cama de vegetales para nuestro pescado después de estar sellado y llevar al horno.

Luego de tener sellado nuestro pescado ahora lo llevaremos a nuestra bandeja previamente engrasada y preparada con nuestra cama de vegetales y lo meteremos al horno previamente precalentado a 180º por 30 minutos y ya estará listo.
