Hello hello my beautiful and beautiful people I hope you are very well today I am going to share with you a tuna salad to taste with cookies, casabe, bread, with whatever you want you can use it for a snack party or even to include it in our diet hehehehe for those who have a healthy diet 💃💃
Ingredients:
*small cauliflower
*stringbeans
*Chives
*Carrot
*1 tuna
*1 paprika
Hola hola mi gente bella y hermosa espero estén muy bien hoy voy a compartir con ustedes una ensalada de atún para degustar con galletas, casabe, pan, con lo que ustedes quiera la pueden utilizar para alguna fiesta de pasapalos o incluso para incluirla en nuestra dieta jejejeje para aquellas que llevan una alimentación saludable 💃💃
Ingredientes:
- Coliflor pequeño
- Vainitas
- Cebollín
- Zanahoria
- 1 atún
- 1 pimentón
The first step will be to chop all the vegetables very small as you will see in the photo and we are going to wash the cauliflower well and separate the little trees
El primer paso será picar todos los vegetales bien pequeño como lo van a ver en la foto y el coliflor lo vamos a lavar bien he ir separando los arbolitos
Once this step is done, we are going to boil the cauliflower for a few and when 5 minutes have passed, add the chopped carrot and the chopped green beans.
Una vez hecho este paso vamos a colocar a hervir el coliflor unos y cuando hayan pasado 5 minutos agregamos la zanahoria picada y la vainita picada
Then we are going to fry the dressings, the chives and the paprika, we will add salt while we fry and add Worcestershire sauce
Luego vamos a sofreír los aliños,el cebollín y el pimentón le colocaremos sal mientras sofreímos y agregaremos salsa inglesa
Once it is fried, we are going to strain what is the cauliflower, the carrot and the green beans and we will proceed to add it to our sauce little by little, we move a few minutes and that's it 😋😋😋
Una vez sofrito vamos a colar lo que es el coliflor la zanahoria y las vainitas y procederemos a agregarla a nuestro sofrito poco a poco, movemos unos minutos y listo 😋😋😋
