Hey guys This is my first post on this Foodies Bee Hive community. Today I will share with you a very simple but nutritious homemade recipe.
Its name is - gourd leaves mash.
For those of us who live in the village, gourd leaves mash is a favorite delicacy. Gourd leaves mash with hot rice on winter mornings is very popular in our country. The fun of eating hot rice with gourd leafs by spreading mats on the floor with the whole family on a winter morning is different.
So without further ado, let's talk about the main activities of this delicious recipe.
Ingredients;
15-20 gourd leaves. 7-8 green chillies. Two tablespoons chopped onion. 4-5 tablespoons mustard oil. And the amount of salt.
Step 1: First we have to put the rice pan on the oven to cook the rice. Gourd leaves mash usually cannot be made without the hot steam of rice.
When the pan's chow is cooked, leave the gourd leaves and green chillies in the pan. Then cover it and wait for four to five minutes.
Step 2: Then boiled raw chillies and onion pieces should be well seasoned with adequate amount of salt.
Step 3: When the leaves of the hot gourd become slightly cold, the gourd leaves should be smeared well with the mustard oil in the same amount of chilli-onion.
Notably, if gourd leaves is not properly oiled, but gourd leaves nutrition will not have a proper effect on our body.
We eat fast food, processed food, moghlai, oily food every day. Nutritionists say that these foods increase the toxic content in the human body. And this toxin helps in the human body to create various diseases including colon cancer.
To get rid of this we need to eat enough vegetables every day. Vegetables contain a lot of fiber or cellulose. And this cellulose our body cannot digest. So cellulose removes toxins from our body through feces as well as maintains water balance in our body.
But fast food, processed food and sugar do not contain any type of cellulose.
So we should prepare a small amount of vegetable recipe at home.
