Dupiyaja of Rui fish || I have cooked in Bengali style

How are you I hope you are well and healthy. I'm fine too. Today I will share with you a new recipe. The name of this recipe is Rui fish dopiyaja. I am sharing with you today how I made it. So let's get started.

Friends, I love to eat and I love to cook and feed everyone. So I try to cook something new. Today I cooked rui fish dopiyaja. So to make it, I washed the rui fish well, mixed it with salt and turmeric powder and fried it well.

  1. Onion crush and green chilli crush

  2. Ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, dried chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, white cardamom, black cardamom

    First I put the pan in the oven and fry the onion and green chillies well in oil.

    Once the onions and peppers are fried, add the powdered spices and the pickled spices and cook the spices well with a little water.

    Then the fried rui fish should be mixed well with the cooked spices.

    Then I will cook it again for a while and mix it well with the spices.

    Then I will add a little water to the curry and cook it well.
