Let's make a tasty and nutritious pastry from bread.

Good evening to all hive friends. How are you? Today, I have a new dish to share with you: a nutritious pastry made from bread. This recipe offers a nutritious culinary experience by using bread, cassava, eggs, and a few other ingredients. The filling is a curry mixed with cassava, ensuring a combination of vitamins and minerals. Cassava provides carbohydrates for energy. Whether you’re looking for a healthy option for breakfast, dinner, or a snack, these pastries are perfect. So, let's see how to set this up.

Required Ingredients....

🍀 10 slices of thinly sliced ​​bread
🍀 boiled cassava.
🍀 1 egg.
🍀 Breadcrumbs 100g.
🍀 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
🍀 A few finely chopped curry leaves.
🍀 Two green chillies, finely chopped.
🍀 About one finely chopped onions.
🍀 A little crushed garlic.
🍀 1 teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 coconut oil 250ml.

Method of making.....

First, mash the boiled cassava well.

Then take a bowl and add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to it and put it on the stove until it gets hot, add garlic, salt, curry leaves and green chillies and fry it for about a minute.

Next, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and boiled and mash cassava and mix well.

Then take a cup and add egg, wheat flour, turmeric powder, a little salt to it and add a little water as needed and make a liquid mixture.

Then take the bread slices and use a round glass and cut them as shown in the pictures below.

Then take two rounds of bread each and fill it with the cassava mixture and prepare it as shown in the pictures below.

Then take the egg mixture and dip it on the bread slices and add it to the breadcrumbs and keep it separate. As in the images below.

Then take a pot again and put it on the stove and add coconut oil to it and let it heat. Once the oil is hot, fry it until golden brown.
