Forget the hassle of making pizza dough from scratch! This method is a quick and easy way to satisfy your pizza cravings. By using slices of bread as the base, this homemade pizza recipe becomes a delicious treat, whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a light lunch, or a kid-friendly meal. It’s a recipe that everyone in the family will enjoy.

Required Ingredients...
🍀 3 slices of thinly sliced bread
🍀 2 Egg.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of sugar.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
🍀 1 1/2 Cup of fresh milk.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce.
🍀 Some chicken cut into small pieces.
🍀 finely chopped onions.
🍀 1 green chilli pods finely chopped.
🍀 A few thinly sliced tomatoes.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon chili powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀1 teaspoon meat curry powder.
🍀 Coconut oil 100ml.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take the slices of bread and place them in a bowl. Add some fresh milk to the bowl. Next, mix in a tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of baking soda. Now, thoroughly mash the bread slices until they become a smooth mixture. Once the mixing is complete, cover the bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2 Step.
Next, take the chopped meat pieces and add chili powder, turmeric powder, meat curry powder, pepper powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the spices are evenly coated on the meat.
3 Step.
Next, fry the meat pieces well until they turn a golden-brown color. Make sure to stir occasionally for even cooking.
4 Step.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add a small amount of coconut oil and heat it over low flame. Once the pan is ready, pour in the prepared bread mixture. Allow one side to cook until it turns golden brown. Then, flip the bread pancake to cook the other side. While the first side is golden and crisp, spread tomato sauce evenly over it for added flavor.
5 Step.
Next, crack an egg over the bread mixture and spread it evenly. Add the fried meat pieces, a pinch of salt, fresh tomato slices, and chopped green chilies on top. Allow it to cook over low heat for a few minutes until everything is well combined and cooked through. Once it is nicely set and golden, remove it from the pan and serve.
