Wishing all Hive friends a good morning! How are you? I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I would like to share the spaghetti noodles that I made for breakfast on the Hive platform. These noodles can be prepared in different ways, but I made them the way I would prepare Sri Lankan noodles. They turned out very tasty, and I added vegetables, meat, and an egg to increase their nutritional value. My whole family tried and enjoyed them. I always try to prepare food in a unique way, without following the same pattern. Let's see how I made them!

Ingredients;

πŸ€ Spaghetti Noodles 200g.
πŸ€ 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
πŸ€ Salt to taste.
πŸ€ 1 tablespoon of pepper powder.
πŸ€ A chopped garlic.
πŸ€ A chopped onion.
πŸ€ Chopped curry leaves.
πŸ€ 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
πŸ€ A pinch of crushed ginger.
πŸ€ 2 carrots, finely chopped.
πŸ€ A few finely chopped leek leaves.
πŸ€ 1 egg.
πŸ€ A few pieces of chopped chicken.
πŸ€ 2table spoon Coconut oil.

Method of making;

1 step.

First, break the spaghetti noodles into fairly large pieces. Then, take a bowl and fill it with water, and put it on the stove until the water is well heated. Once the water is hot, add the broken spaghetti and boil it over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, as shown below.

2 step.

Then finely chop the carrots, leeks, green chillies, garlic and onions as shown in the pictures below.

3 step.

Then boil the pieces of meat for about 3 minutes and break them into small pieces.

4 step.

Then take a vessel and put coconut oil in it and heat it on low flame. Add ginger and garlic and fry until golden.

5 step.

Then add onions, meat, curry leaves, green chillies and stir well. After that add salt to required amount and stir well.

6 step.

Then add chopped carrot, turmeric powder and pepper powder and stir well.

7 step.

Then add the boiled Spaghetti Noodles and stir well. After about a minute, add the leeks. Then stir it well. At the same time, add the amount of salt you need. It will be clear from the following pictures.

I used an egg to shape the Spaghetti Noodles recipe. Fry the egg and decorate it. As in the following images.
