Required Ingredients....
🍀 bitter gourd 100g.
🍀 A potato.
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 4 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Roasted meat curry powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 About 1 onions, finely chopped.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....

First, cut the bitter gourd into large pieces and place them in a pot of water. Then, put the pot on the stove and let it simmer for a while. This process helps to reduce the bitterness of the bitter gourd, making it more palatable.

Next, peel the potato, wash it thoroughly, and grate it. Place the grated potato in a bowl, add some water, and let it sit for a while. Then, drain the water completely before using it.
3 Step.
Next, finely chop the salt, green chilies, and the steamed bitter gourd pieces.
4 Step.
Next, take a bowl and add the chopped bitter gourd, grated potato, salt, green chilies, corn flour, egg white, chili powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt. Mix everything well until combined.
5 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add coconut oil. Allow it to heat until hot. Using a tablespoon, scoop the prepared batter and carefully drop it into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
