To make it with alcohol
You should start from the fermentation of the cherry, it is a long process and requires care.
However, I recommend you to add pure ethyl alcohol in a small amount to add the alcoholic touch.
I recommend some direct distilled cane if you can't use vodka.
The recipe is as follows:
Cherries in syrup
Tonic water
Lemon juice
TPT syrup (it is a syrup in equal quantities, i.e. sugar and water in equal proportions, heat it and when it dissolves turn it off and it's ready).
Ice
Mint or mint
Cherry grenadine
The proportions I do not give you because it depends on your tastes, however
It should be something like this
One glass is 100%.
25% vodka or other neutral alcohol (you substitute it with tonic water or lemon in case of non-alcoholic)
5% syrup that comes with the cherries
5% grenadine
5% TPT syrup
(If it is too sweet remove the TPT)
20% lemon juice
1 cherry piece
40% tonic water
Include the mint back (spalmar is to hit with your hands the mint before introducing it in the glass helps to release aromas and flavors).
