Awesome day hivers! I would like to share another Filipino recipe. We called this dish as Ginataang puso ng saging. A budget friendly menu that you can cook for your family. Plus, this dish was cook with coconut milk I assure you that it will be delicious. You can add different kind of protein and seafood and also you can make it spicy. This menu is good for busy people as well because it was easy to prepare and cook. Let's start cooking!

Ingredients
🔸three garlic cloves
🔸one onion
🔸one green chili pepper
🔸one red chili pepper
🔸one pack of coconut milk
🔸1/4 kilo of pork
🔸1/2 kilo of banana blossoms sliced
Instructions
🔸Heat the oil in a clean pan. Add the onion and garlic. Saute until the onion soften.
🔸Put the pork on the pan and stir wait until the pork turns to light brown.
🔸Add the green and red chili pepper with ground black pepper also salt.
🔸Put the coconut milk and stir. Pour a teaspoon of vinegar. Cook in medium fire, cover the pot and wait for 5 minutes.
🔸Add water if needed. After 5 to 10 minutes you can now transfer to clean serving bowl and don't forget to share.
Note: Don't forget to soak the banana blossoms first to a water with vinegar and salt. Tips the longer you soak the banana blossoms the better taste and texture. You can add other seasoning and herbs if you would like. If you don't like a spicy food you can remove the red chili pepper.
