Here is another dish or recipe that I wanted to share. Another way we cook the fish aside from putting a coconut milk. Kids will love this because it has little bit of sweet taste on it. A budget friendly meal and easy to prepare and cook.
We usually cooked this in our house as part of our daily menu. This dish is already tried and tested of my family. What I like on this dish it's colorful and healthy. The cavalla fish is not spiny so it was easy to eat.

Ingredients
🔸garlic
🔸onion
🔸tomatoes
🔸ginger
🔸carrot
🔸cooking oil
🔸tomato sauce
🔸white vinegar
🔸cavalla
Instructions
🔸Heat the pan with cooking and then when the oil is hot fry the fish.
🔸After frying the fish. Next is saute the onion, ginger, garlic and carrots for 15 minutes in low fire.
🔸Pour the tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and water. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
🔸Add the fish and then mix.
🔸Transfer to a clean serving plate.
Note: You can add green and red bell pepper. To add more umami taste. Perfect to match with white rice or any rice that you like. Don't forget to share with love to your family and friends.
