Tiramisu and cheesecake are the only two uses I know for it, too. Well, I'd say it's heavier, I guess, than with cream cheese. Mascarpone is really thick, so definitely mix it with something (Either cream cheese or heavy cream) to lighten it up. Other than that, I love it 'cause it's a little tasteless, in the sense it's not at all sweet. So I don't risk making the whole thing overly sugary, you know?
