Actually, I am a person who loves to cook. I don't think I'm a good cook, but it's great that everyone likes the food I cook. For me, experience and learning go hand in hand. Therefore, I also often go to eat street food or restaurants to feel and create dishes based on what I have experienced.
This restaurant has been around for two years but has a very good reputation for both food and service. The restaurant has a simple layout with plant motifs to create a feeling of closeness to customers. The tables and chairs are very comfortable and especially the service staff are very enthusiastic and cheerful. Another thing I really like about this restaurant is that it is very clean from the outside to the inside of the kitchen.
The restaurant serves popular dishes such as rice, vermicelli, pho, and has a "noodle world" which means there are all kinds of noodles you want. The dishes are characterized by the distinct flavors and aromas of each region.
Today I visit a restaurant that is quite famous for Hue dishes - called "pepper". Incidentally, this is also my favorite spice. In the dishes I cook there will often be this spice. And today the dish I choose is "bún riêu bò". A very tasty and attractive dish.
The dish is made from the following ingredients: bone broth as a broth, crab sauce, beef, tofu and some other seasonings.
I tried asking about the processing as follows: First, we take the bones boiled for a long time (2 hours) to make a broth. Next, prepare fried tofu cut into pieces, steamed beef with ginger and lemongrass, and marinated crab with spices and then steamed.
The vegetables used are: water spinach, perilla, bean sprouts, banana flower and kumquat. Another indispensable thing is pickled bamboo shoots. These are the things that make the dish fuller and tastier. Every time I come to the place, I can't help it, I just want to cook a delicious bowl of vermicelli by myself. Hihi.
The typical spices of Hue also create a unique feature of this dish. Look at the picture and guess?
That is shrimp paste, chili salt and soy sauce. It is these spices that create a concentration that cannot be found elsewhere.
