Spinachs are a leaf vegetable rich in vitamins and minerals. They contain vitamin K which is very good to stop bleedings. They are very good for health, but they have to be eaten with moderation because they contain oxalic acid, and they are not favorable for people who suffer of lithiasis or arthritis.
I am going to combine meat for burges with spinachs, this results in a delicious dish. The spinachs will gives the meat a very smooth flavour, but they have to be finely cut so that they mix well. I don't want to add bread and eggs to the meat. They will compact with the parmesan cheese, which make the burges tender.
