Yummy & Healthy "Cauliflower masala fry & Curry Recipe" : Gobi Fry & Curry

Namaste🙏/Good evening

Today I'm sharing Healthy and tasty food recipe, “Cauliflower masala fry & Curry ”, This dish is common in India but i made it in my own style, which you see when you read my this post and will see shared cooking images and hope you all will like. Please go through this post and see cooking 24 images and hope you will found it very helpful, and can prepare by itself.

Ingredients
• 1 Cauliflower (Gobi)
• 4-5 Mid size Potato
• 9-10 cloves Garlic
• 1 big size Onion
• 1 Tomatoes
• 2 Green Chillies
• 1 inch Ginger piece
• 1 tsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
• 1 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
• 1 small tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Garam(mixture of spices) Masala
• Salt as per taste
• Mustered Oil for Cooking
• Water as Needed

Preparation Method:-
Step 1-
• Make appropriate slices/pieces of the Cauliflower, potato, Tomato and onion and keep aside in plate.
• Crush garlic, green chillies and ginger in grinder keep it on bowl, no need to make paste.

Step 2-
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame and add Cauliflower small pieces and fry it till it became light brown, refer image for your reference.
Keep aside this fried cauliflower pieces on plate.

Step 3
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame. Now add cumin seed/green chilli/bay leaf in it, when cumin seed sound crackle,

Add onion slices on it and fry Onion slices till it became brownish color

Now add potato, Tomato & fried Cauliflower pieces and mix it

Now Add turmeric powder and salt as per teste and mix it well for 3-4 minute, please keep cover while frying

Now add crushed garlic, chillies and ginger content in it and fry it around 4-5 minute

Now add Cumin, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder and Garam(mixture of spices) Masala powder in it. Fry it for 3-4 minute more

Step 4
If you are gobi/ Cauliflower masala fry lover than your dish is ready and have with rice or Indian bread. Please refer image of ready dish.

Step 5
For curry preparation just add water in cauliflower masala fry and keep cover the pan till it boiled.
Check it time to time till water became less as shown in picture.
Now your Cauliflower curry is ready, see below images for your reference.

Step 6
Now your Cauliflower curry is also ready to serve, See one item have two dishes.
