Delicious Argentinian king prawns cooked in white wine butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 250 g Argentinian king prawns ( you can use any type)
- one leek
- two gloves of garlic ( chopped to tiny pieces)
- 10-15 dkg butter
- 0.2 dl white wine
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes ( cut to 4)
- handful of parsley (chopped)
-salt
Method
Melt the butter, add the sliced leek and sauté, then add the chopped garlic. After few minutes add the chopped cherry tomatoes. As you cooking it together after few minutes add the white wine then the chopped parsley.
After 1-2 minutes you add the prawns, salt and cook it for 10 minutes.
Once it read I would recommend to serve it with spaghetti.
Personally I like my spaghetti with grated Parmesan as well 😋
And if you like it you can add some coarse black pepper🥰
Its a really easy summer dish, ready in approximately 30 minutes 🙏 and you can enjoy it with a glass of chilled rose or white wine🥂
