My family call this, “Movie snack or Late night snack”
My family and I haven't given a name to this food yet, but it’s tasteful. So appropriate for chilling with friends and family at home.
I made from tempe wrapped with wheat flour.
What is Tempe?
Tempe made by fermentation of soybeans. Tempe is a typical Indonesian food, one of the most popular.
Alright let’s jump to the process. BTW I still could not get the right name of this food guys :D

Ingredients:
1 block of tempe (sliced)
500 ml cooking oil
50 grams wheat flour
200 ml water
5 Garlic cloves
2tsp salt
Cooking steps:
Slice tempe according to taste
Place the wheat flour, ground garlic and water in a bowl, mix well using fork/ spoon.
Dip tempe into the coating mixture one by one. Make sure to coat every tempeh thoroughly.
Fry them in a wok with medium flame. Remove from once the tempeh are brown.
Serve with chili sauce, Yummy yummy!
