Seafood Fried Vermicelli
Ingredients:
- 3pack Vermicelli
- 2ons Shrimps
- 1 Egg
- 1 Mustard Green (coarsely chopped)* item1
- 1ons Bean Sprouts
- 3cloves Garlic (finely ground)
- 2stalk Scallions
- 2stalks Celery* item1
- 3tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2tsp Salt
- 1/2tsp Chicken Stock Powder
Cooking Steps:
- Boil the vermicelli for about 1 minute then lift.
- Stir fry garlic and prawns
Add the chicken stock powder, salt and eggs, mix well.
And then add the vermicelli, soy sauce, mustard greens, bean sprouts, scallions, celery, stir fry untill cooked
