Ingredients:

  • 3pack Vermicelli
  • 2ons Shrimps
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Mustard Green (coarsely chopped)* item1
  • 1ons Bean Sprouts
  • 3cloves Garlic (finely ground)
  • 2stalk Scallions
  • 2stalks Celery* item1
  • 3tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Chicken Stock Powder

Cooking Steps:

  • Boil the vermicelli for about 1 minute then lift.

  • Stir fry garlic and prawns

  • Add the chicken stock powder, salt and eggs, mix well.

  • And then add the vermicelli, soy sauce, mustard greens, bean sprouts, scallions, celery, stir fry untill cooked
