Both today and yesterday my brother and I, being in the Bovezzo area for work, came back to test Tomasoni, the pastry / bakery where we were also last week, today I was able to take some more photos that also concern the location that is brand new:
Unfortunately we were able to taste only lunches and aperitifs but soon we will try to understand if the pastry is really up to it as much as the bakery, well I think from my photos it is clear that these here have a high standard, I love the most to be seen in the counter are the pizzas of a thousand colors and tastes.
Having said that let's move on with the analysis of what we are tycoons, well my brother the first day really went on the classic, he asked for a pasta with tomato, well even if it seems a simple thing for us Italians there is a way and way to do it and also to present it, but well let's say that they were above expectations, the tomato was both in sauce and raw in cubes and this is already a fundamental thing, it was certainly of quality above there was some stracciatella di burrata and some basil inn chopped leaves, the only criticism is the fact that maybe I prefer small whole leaves to garnish the dish they have more flavor and breaking the basil becomes more bitter, the stracciatella di burrata da Tomasoni put it everywhere I do not know where they get it but it is very good.
My choice was completely different, I obviously went to an excellent bakery product, that is bread, I had a cooked ham sandwich made with a bed of black olive pate, lettuce and mayonnaise, if any. they were high ingredients I do not remember but I liked them even without realizing their presence, the really decellent point here beyond the combination of balanced flavors is the bread, it is a double ciabatta outside crunchy and inside very soft, a light high levitation bread, with photo you can see the difference from normal bread if you look at the surface.
the next day my brother threw himself back on Tomasoni's pizzino with raw dried tomatoes and burrata stracciatella but I ventured much more with a pizzino with a bed of Catalana of vegetables, stracciatella di burrata, mortadella di bologna with pistachio as if it were raining and basil garnish, let the photos speak ...
For today I have finished taking you by the throat, soon I will take you to a couple of restaurants in my area.
