Oh I missed this month's guessing contest, I'm still very ambitious for next month. I've never seen such a sweet wasabi, but that doesn't mean it won't burn my whole body starting from my mouth haha.

You had a terrible and busy month in February. Don't feel bad about it. Saving lives is much more important, so kudos to you for your effort.
As to the wasibi, yes it can be quite hot, and sometimes one doesn't realise that take too much!!!
